Smart cards now available.
The contactless smart cards are primarily targeted to the public sector applications and to any site with increased security demands.
The new "dual-action" readers operate with both the smart cards and the "conventional RFID-tags" of the eA-family.

Free software update for the DoorServers
The latest software update for the DoorServer is available to the registered users free of charge thru Sept. 30. 2008.
As promised, ALT has distributed the update packages free of charge to the customers during the rapid evolution phase of the DoorServer.

ALT's web-site was reconstructed lately. The main structure didn't change much, but new features will be published shortly.

New software revision for the DoorServers
The new software for the DoorServers was released in May.
Version 5.1 includes a remarkable number of new features and increased compliance with the world of the Open Networking. Several functional upgrades are available, as well.
